Supervisors & managers are typically tasked with overseeing the programming and staffing of a youth program. They may also be responsible for identifying and managing partnerships as well as be responsible for some administrative tasks like writing reports, collecting & monitoring attendance, and some budgeting.

Often they have experience working directly with young people.
