You're now the Executive Director or Director of a youth serving program...Come meet monthly with other newbies (three years or less in the role) to get support, share resources and develop or develop the skills and qualities needed in this role. These sessions will be faciliated by current and former Directors & Executive Directors of youth serving & nonprofit organizations.
